At your request and by reservation, our table d’hôte also welcomes you for lunch and dinner. An opportunity to discover the cuisine of Hervé Busset, starred chef of Moulin de Conques. He concocts the unique menu which is proposed to you, a collection of dishes inspired by the region, which will enchant you.
Taste a modern regional cuisine as well as “homemade” specialties. The chef showcases the fine products of the region and season according to an organic orientation, the guarantee for an unmatched quality and freshness, with perfect aromas.
And all is accompanied by a regional wine.
