In the morning your host invites you to enjoy a generous breakfast. In an extremely convivial atmosphere, we propose numerous local products, hot and cold, salty and sweet dishes: fresh fruit, farmers cheese, faisselle, fruit cake, brioche bread, fouace or croissants and the jams by Dominique.

Lunch and dinner: spirit of the cuisine

At your request and by reservation, our table d’hôte also welcomes you for lunch and dinner. An opportunity to discover the cuisine of Hervé Busset, starred chef of Moulin de Conques. He concocts the unique menu which is proposed to you, a collection of dishes inspired by the region, which will enchant you.

Taste a modern regional cuisine as well as “homemade” specialties. The chef showcases the fine products of the region and season according to an organic orientation, the guarantee for an unmatched quality and freshness, with perfect aromas.

And all is accompanied by a regional wine.

Some of our specialties:

  • Astet, Coufidou, Estofinado, Duck Parmentier
  • Foie gras, terrine, feuilleté pastry and farçous...
  • Soups: nettles or bear garlic in spring, vegetables in summer, squash and chestnuts in autumn.
